Q. What is included?
During the initial consultation, we introduce you to our company and how our remodeling process works. We will listen to you to get detailed information on things you’d like to incorporate into your project. This allows us to help you develop a realistic budget range for your project.
At this point, if you decide to continue with the process, we do require a design retainer to develop a detailed design and project budget that includes structural changes, product selection, lighting, plumbing, cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc.
