Local Remodeling Company Receives National Award

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – July 10, 2008 – Mark and Debra Witte, owners of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Colorado Springs, recently received the Franchisee of the Year Award during the company’s 2008 National Conference in Grapevine, Texas.

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, a top bath and kitchen remodeling company, hosted the conference June 25 – 28 for its franchisees.

“Attending this conference presented a great opportunity for us to hear from industry experts, as well as get updated on some of the latest kitchen and bath trends. Being awarded the Franchisee of the Year Award was an added benefit to the overall experience, and we are honored,” Mark Witte said.

The Franchisee of the Year Award is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a franchisee. The award is presented to the franchisee who displays teamwork and excellence in their day-to-day operations and has a reputation for doing quality, professional work.

“Receiving this award is a great accomplishment. The DreamMaker team is proud to recognize such a deserving franchise,” said Doug Dwyer, president and chief stewarding officer of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen.

During the four-day event, franchisees were introduced to DreamMaker vendors that provide an array of traditional and contemporary products, such as frameless cabinets. Franchisees had the opportunity to share ideas and best practices, while also being updated on the newest DreamMaker business systems. Additionally, Ken Blanchard, co-author of The One-Minute Manager, spoke to attendees regarding leading a successful business and providing excellent customer service.
