We hope its contents will enlighten you about the way remodeling should be done to make it a pleasant, and educational experience. You will find us referring to "the process” from time to time as we discuss your project. Along with the process, we will include the booklet, “Secrets To Successfully Remodeling Your Home". SAVE $$$, Time and Headaches When You Remodel Your Home!!!
The home remodeling industry, an $85 billion dollar and growing business, has very few professionally run contractors involved. According to the Better Business Bureau, home improvement type contractors consistently rank high in the number of complaints. The problems usually involve unfulfilled promises, projects over budget, and shoddy workmanship.
DreamMaker uses the design/build approach which can virtually eliminate these and many other problems associated with remodeling your home. A typical project’s construction schedule can be advanced by as much as 20-30%, plus the cost of construction can be reduced by at least 6% over traditional methods of construction.
The design/build process allows the contractor and the home owner to identify and prioritize concerns, needs and goals of the project. By establishing the goals, priorities and budget the contractor is able to use his expertise and creativity to develop specifications and plans that meet or exceed those goals and priorities. Prior to costly architectural design fees for finished plans, the basic design and scope of work is laid out and "estimated". Using the design/build approach, adjustments may be made to meet budget or goals prior to committing to a finished set of blueprints saving time and costly redrafting fees.
In contrast, many times a client will pay for a complete design before a budget has been established. This results in meeting the goals of the project, but rarely meets the budget of the client. Thus, seldom is the project ever completed.
By establishing a relationship with a professional design/build contractor you can count on a pleasant experience as you remodel your home.

Testimonials
All was excellent, very skilled. We got what you promised and that's rare nowadays. The Good Workmanship, cleverness, and construction knowledge made the finished product "showroom" quality. Thanks also for the "Client's Evaluation." Most businesses wouldn't think of sending out such a questionnaire. We have recommended your company by word of mouth and by letter recommended your company to others in Pinion Sun [...] P.S. Anyone wanting to look at our sunroom is more than welcome.
